Insect Gate

Insect GateServices

What comes with a kit.

Hardware is the smaller part. A monitoring programme needs placement, commissioning, a lure calendar and someone to call. All of it is included.

01

First-site walk

We walk the first site with you: where the units go, how dense, and where the gateway sits. You leave with a placement plan you can repeat on the next site.

02

Commissioning

Units are named for their rooms, joined to the network and gate-checked before we leave. Every count points to a place from day one.

03

Training

A short session for technicians on the app and for managers on the console. The job has not changed, so training is measured in hours.

04

Lure programme

Cartridges ship in packs matched to your fleet, on a calendar the console already tracks. No lure runs out unnoticed.

05

Console and data

Roles for technicians, managers and read-only clients. CSV export for the records you already keep. The data belongs to you.

06

Support and replacements

Remote support after the first site. A unit that goes quiet is diagnosed over Bluetooth. A unit that fails is replaced.

How a first kit is put together

A first kit is usually a mixed pack: the lines for the insects you named, a gateway if the building needs one, and white or gold housings where the units will be seen. We quote by site and by fleet.

Most programmes keep their glue boards for a quarter while the counts earn trust, then move coverage to the gate and keep cards only where a specimen is still needed.
