How the partnership works
You deploy monitors across customer sites and run the fleet from your console. Your customer sees a read-only view. The inspection, the diagnosis, the treatment and the relationship stay with you.
Partner hardware pricing and monitoring tiers are set on active or committed volume, and a first customer pilot is the usual starting point.
