We do not sell a spray or claim a kill. We supply a number, a lure year, and a radio that works in a room without Wi-Fi.
Insect Gate began as a bed bug monitor: a lure the insect already responds to, and four optical gates in the corners of a low box. The housing proved more general than the first insect. Stored-product beetles, German cockroaches, silverfish and firebrats all crawl, all follow a scent, all enter a gap. The same gates count them. Only the lure and the colour change.
The design brief was practical. A unit that carries no markings, sits flush, and never needs a visual inspection, so it can stay in a guest room, a store or a mill for a year without being noticed or disturbed.
