The full pilot fee is credited against the first annual deployment contract when 100 or more monitors are rolled out within 60 days of the pilot ending.
Keep your current process.
Do not remove existing monitoring. Do not change treatment procedures. The purpose of the pilot is to compare Insect Gate against the system you already trust.
Monitor alongside
Monitors report nightly. Your team keeps reading the existing boards as usual. First activity after a quiet period is checked on site.
Run on the exceptions
Visits go to the locations that changed. The console shows which rose and which stayed quiet, and the export goes into your existing file.
Review
Both teams go through what was measured and decide whether a wider deployment makes operational and financial sense.
What we measure
During the pilot we aim to establish activity detected, time to detection, confirmed pest observations, non-target events, device uptime, connectivity, technician inspection effort and intervention outcomes.
At the end, both teams have enough data to decide. That is more useful than a trial nobody measured.
What we ask of you
A named contact who can walk the site with us on day one. Access to the rooms or bays in the pilot. A willingness to keep the existing monitoring in place for the full period so the comparison is fair.
