Insect Gate

Insect GatePilot

Try it on the rooms that already cost you.

A pilot has a fixed shape so that saying yes is a small decision. Nothing is taken on trust: your glue boards stay in place for the whole 90 days.

The 90-day pilot

10 units, one gateway, 90 days. Enough to cover the rooms that already cost you, and long enough to trust the counts.

  • A first-site walk and a placement plan you can repeat
  • Commissioning: every unit named for its room and gate-checked
  • Console access for your team and a read-only login for the client
  • Glue boards kept alongside for the whole pilot, so nothing is taken on trust
  • A review at the end with the counts, the exceptions and a recommendation

Quoted as a fixed price for the pilot period. Hardware is credited if the site goes on to a full programme.

How the 90 days run

Week 1

Walk and place

We walk the site with you, agree the rooms or bays, and place the units. Each is named for its location and gate-checked before we leave.

Weeks 2 to 6

Counts alongside cards

Units report nightly. Your team keeps reading the glue boards as usual and compares. First counts after quiet periods are checked on site.

Weeks 7 to 13

Run on the counts

Exceptions drive the visits. The console shows which rooms rose and which stayed quiet, and the CSV export goes into your existing file.

Day 90

Review

We go through the counts, the exceptions and the labour saved, and recommend a density for the full site.

What we ask of you

A named contact who can walk the site with us on day one. Access to the rooms or bays in the pilot. A willingness to keep reading the glue boards for the full period so that the comparison is fair.

That is all. The gateway, the console, the commissioning and the review are ours.
