No. Insect Gate is a monitor. It lures, counts entries and reports. Treatment stays with your programme: bait, heat, sanitation, whatever you already run.
Only to swap the lure cartridge once a year. Counts, lure health and battery are read over Bluetooth or on the console, so there is no visual inspection.
No. The housing carries no logo, text or label. Colour identifies the line to your technician. White and gold finishes are available where the unit should not be noticed.
Twelve months of rated indoor release. The console tracks lure health from commissioning and warns as it runs low. Swap the cartridge in the lid well and keep the housing.
No. Bed bug, stored-product beetle, German cockroach and silverfish cartridges are different. Housing colour is there so a technician does not mix them up.
No. It is a floor device with crawl entries. Flying moths belong in a hanging pheromone trap. Flies belong in a different instrument.
Use Bluetooth. A technician reads the unit from a phone. For a building, we add a gateway, and one is often enough. Counts stay in memory if the radio is quiet.
Neither. Bluetooth is local. LoRaWAN is a long-range, low-power network with a gateway you control, or a public network where one exists.
