Insect Gate

Insect Gate for hospitality

A guest should never have to discover the first sign of a bed bug problem.

Insect Gate provides continuous, discreet monitoring between scheduled inspections, helping hotel teams identify activity and focus pest-management attention where it is needed.

White Insect Gate monitor for guest rooms

Your rooms do not stop being monitored when the technician leaves.

Conventional monitoring gives you a snapshot. Insect Gate remains in place around the clock. When activity occurs it becomes part of a time-stamped history on the monitoring console, so operations and pest-management teams have information between physical inspection visits rather than only during them.

Monitor every room. Inspect the exceptions.

Designed to disappear into the room.

There is no camera. There is no exposed glue board requiring routine visual inspection. The monitor carries no markings, sits flush under the bed or behind the headboard, and reports remotely through the Insect Gate network.

Nothing connects to the guest Wi-Fi. Monitors use LoRaWAN, so one gateway can connect a property without touching the network in the rooms.

One property. One view.

Property, floor, room and monitor, each with last communication, device health, recent activity, the trend and an attention state.

Quiet

No activity. No visit needed.

Activity detected

First events after a quiet period.

Increasing activity

Events rising night on night, or spreading to a neighbour.

Inspection required

Above the threshold you set. A technician visit is scheduled.

Under treatment

Recorded by your pest contractor.

Post-treatment monitoring

A run of quiet nights is the evidence that it worked.

Detection and diagnosis are separate. The console reports activity; your pest professional decides what it means.

Where the risk actually sits.

Reputation

A glue board under a bed is a photograph waiting to be taken. An unmarked white unit is a fixture. Activity goes to the console, not to a review site.

Occupied rooms

Monitoring continues while the room is let. Physical inspection is scheduled for rooms that show activity, not for every room on a rota.

Audit evidence

Timestamped events per room, exportable as CSV. When an inspector or an insurer asks how you know, the file already exists.

Brand standards

One placement rule per room type, one console per property, one report format across the group.

Your contractor

Insect Gate sits inside the pest-management service. Your contractor keeps the inspection, the diagnosis and the treatment, with a read-only client view for you.

After an incident

Leave the unit in the treated room. A run of quiet nights closes the job with a record behind it.

90-day pilot

Run Insect Gate alongside the monitoring you already trust.
