German cockroaches are the account that never fully closes: restaurants, bakeries, hospitals and multi-family housing. Bait and growth regulators still do the killing. Monitoring decides where the bait goes next, and whether the last visit worked.
Glue monitors are cheap until you count the labour of reading them across a hundred units. This monitor uses a German cockroach pheromone blend and counts nymphs and adults as they take a corner, with no card to read.
Nymphs are the tell. A unit that starts counting small bodies is reporting a population, not a wanderer. That kitchen needs treatment this week.

Cockroaches move through walls. A report from one flat is often a population in the next. A stack of units on one gateway shows which flats are actually quiet.

After bait
Counts should fall. If they do not, the bait, the sanitation or the harbourage search needs revisiting. The count settles the question.
